Tim StantonThis was my first view of the <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/ocean" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#ocean</a> today while <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/hiking" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#hiking</a> around a peninsula. Outgoing leg was on the side of the peninsula facing the mainland with an expansive marsh in between. Then we cut across the peninsula (seeing this view) and returned on the ocean side. Tim StantonSaw this interesting <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/wavy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#wavy</a> pattern in the snow at the <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/ocean" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#ocean</a> earlier this week. The pattern appears to form from interacting with ocean waves at high tide, then is exposed like this at low tide. Tim StantonAfter hiking on a local trail this afternoon, I ended the day walking on this beautiful <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/beach" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#beach</a> on the <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/ocean" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#ocean</a>.
